We try to help each caller receive a solution on their concern. But we are really not a phone gender solution and in addition we don’t accept phone calls of this character. Volunteers will finish phone calls which are abusive or unsuitable.

We respond to email during available shifts, and make an effort to respond to email messages with 2 days. We arent always able to staff every shift and solution every mail promptly, and the volunteers may take as much as a week or more for e-mail replies.

About Me
